Friday was Amanda's first big moment to be up in front of the school. They had a pep-assembly for the Friday night Football game. The Student body officers were the ones who ran the show. She got to narrate a skit, dance to the song thriller and have fun jumping around and yelling. She also got to wear her "spirit gear" all day. We tried our best to make her look outrageous in her school colors. When we were all done, we both said, "Well...this is crazy for me but you know, there are some students who actually look like this every day and consider it normal" Crazy Days!

Tell Amanda she has a Halloween costume too. She could pass as a super hero, powder puff girl. You're right, some students might model their own look after her. How fun! Where does she get her confidence from? I think that should be your next poll. Awesome blog! I love it, great pictures and stories.
