On October 12, Amanda came home with a turtle balloon (see older blog). A few days later, the turtle floated up, up and away into our living room. The ceiling in the living room is around 20 feet from the ground. We have all placed our bets as to when we think the turtle will run out of helium and fall. So far it is hanging in there.....although one fin is drooping a bit and it's getting a little more wrinkly. Any other normal family would have gotten the turtle down by now.....but....NO.....it's too much fun to watch it float around up there (plus we're just too lazy to get out the ladder) The question for you is when do YOU think the turtle will fall??
