OHHH YEEEAH....I am SOOO SMRT!!! I just figured out (ALL BY MYSELF) Photoshop elements 7!!! I even know how to make my own background paper and header!!! I didn't call anyone (or ask my daughter)! WOW!! I realize that to the person reading this....., I am truly pathetic because ya'll already know how....but to me....I feel like I just got an "A" in a hard class! The background paper started off as just stripes (freebie I got from somewhere...ugh...piracy problems now). I added the cutsie little flowers...sooo cool! Then, I created my little header. It's not my "ahhhh...this is it" look for my blog.......but.......how could I not LOVE it and goo-goo over it for a while. It sure as heck took me FOREVER to do :) BOOYA!!

Actually, I'm really impressed you figured photoshop out so quickly...I've had it for over a year now and still can't quite do exactly what I want with it...guess those free online tutorials just aren't cutting it! (I refuse to buy any!) It would be really nice to have Amanda just teach me...too bad we live so far away!
Anyways...I love the look of your header! You certainly have an eye for these things...Web design in your future?

I was doing the happy dance when I got a new "premade" wall paper and a pic. You did your own, and I love it!!!

I was just thinking the other day how my blog looks so blah now compared to everyone elses. It will be a loooong time until I do anything about it though:) You did a great job with yours and I am quite impressed you didn't ask for help. Heck I ask for help before I even try doing it on my own. It's either laziness or a lack of desire to learn..both bad qualities!

Hooray!! Thanks you guys for being my cheerleaders. I do hate to admit it...but...sometimes I look at these brilliant and stylish women that work in finance with Bob and think....what have I become?? I struggle with cutting a recipe in half or doubling it...argh!!! Well, now I know FOR SURE I'm SMRT!!!

Way to go!! I got Photoshop elements for my birthday last year and still haven't sat down to figure it out. I guess I am waiting for the knowledge to transfer from Joe's brain to mine while I sleep.
